Bluedot infrastructure is hosted in multiple regions worldwide to ensure a better performance of our services, based on the location of our customers. Each region is completely independent and in a separated geographic area. The information stored in one region only exists in that region.
Choose the endpoint that corresponds to the region where your account is hosted. If you’re not sure which region your account is in, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To access Canvas you can also the Select Region page and select your Account’s region.
